Profile Description

I am an Electrical Engineer by profession and practicing my career as a quantity surveyor at a contractor company in the construction industry. I am working for 7 years now and have already been encountering estimates for residential, industrial, and commercial plans.

I am using PlanSwift as a tool for estimating and Microsoft Excel for the breakdown and making bid documents. I am also responsible for doing project work schedule and has been assigned to different project location to do commercial works including variation orders and progress billing. I also do negotiate with clients regarding all related commercial matters.

Occasionally, I assist in designing simple electrical systems for a particular project, which allows me to learn AutoCad operations.

Also, I can do basic tasks like; Data Entry with the use of Google Docs and Spreadsheets, managing Dropbox, Google Drive, and Google Calendar, and Set Appointments with internal/external clients through E-mails. I have also an experience with payroll and some administrative tasks in our project site office. I also work hand and hand with our accounting regarding the collection, invoices, quotations, and other related commercial matters that involve engineering costs.
