Profile Description

Before, I worked as a marketing executive of real estate developer for five years in the Philippines and subsequently 5 years in Singapore. I mainly did:

1. Creating email marketing campaigns through MailChimp to connect and promote our projects to partner brokers and agents

2. Designing marketing collaterals using Canva

3. Entertain both agent inquiries and direct inquiries to close sale and leasing of residential properties and some commercial units

4. Conducting project briefings and tours to promote to partner brokers and agents

5. Receiving and setting unit viewing appointments received from partner brokers and agents

6. Assisting in property viewings for both rental and sales of residential/ commercial properties brought by partner brokers and agents

7. Documenting lease and sales process

8. Handing over sold and leased residential/ commercial properties to buyers and/ or tenants and documenting hand over conditions using iAuditor

9.  Liaising with company technical team and clients to prepare unit for hand over

10. Maintaining existing unit inventory in/ out

11. Requesting commission payouts to agents

12. Some data research of Singapore sales and lease transactions to help identify saleable unit trends and projects

13. Sales order creation of sold units using SAP
