My top skill would probably be customer de-escalation I have handled thousands of customers through calls and face-to-face interactions, and I never take anything they say personally because I know the frustrations of being a customer.
Another skill would be my communication skills, Ever since I was a child I would always converse and learn the tricks of the trade on how to communicate properly and still practice and learn more about this skill each day.
As for my experience, I have worked in the BPO industry for 1 year and 4 months in Concentrix.
I also do have Internship Experience for the Airline Company of Air Asia which I did for 3-4 months. I would also like to add I was a virtual assistant for Tiger Auto Transport for 1 month
