• Helping you define your ideal client and perform research on their current pain points and needs to craft content relevant to your audience.
• Engaging with your clients to build relationships with them. 
• Do research for you to see what your competitors are doing right, learn from their mistakes, and strategize accordingly.
• Providing you with weekly, bi-weekly or monthly reports for you to know where you are and how you are doing with your Social Media campaigns. 

These are the other tasks I'm responsible for:

Data Entry: 
Accurately enter and manage data in databases, spreadsheets, or systems, ensuring data integrity and efficiency in information processing.

Customer Service Representative: (Chat/Technical support)
Addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Providing information about products/services for customer satisfaction. Efficiently processing orders, returns, and exchanges. Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.

Outbound Sales: 
To enable businesses to cross geographical borders, boosting your business globally. 

LinkedIn Recruiter/ Lead Generation:
Sourcing talent professionals that help them to grow your company and to be able to work with. 

E-mail Marketing:
Crafting tailored campaigns for increased open rates and meaningful interactions, leading to more Appointments, Live Demos, sales, and new clients.

Graphic Design: 
Creating visual content to communicate messages. This can include designing logos, brochures, posters, advertisements, websites, and more.

Proficient in a variety of tools and applications:

• Creative Tools (Canva, Capcut, Filmora)
• G Suite (Docs, Drive, Sheets, Contacts, Meet)
• Project Management (Trello)
• Communication ( WhatsApp, Skype, Zoom )
