I can relate to and understand any situation. I am good at Self-Management and self-discipline, I know how to deal with unexpected things that might come, and yes, cope with them positively when they do happen. I know how to adjust to any changes and be flexible. I am good at multitasking. I enjoy working with different people. Being a customer service representative and chat advocate for almost 4 years and handled different accounts like AT&T: Unlimited Data Plans, Internet & TV, Uber, Walmart, and Sam's Club. I experience a lot and I can say that I do my job well and my customers are very happy with my service because I make sure that after each call and chat I am able to resolve their concerns and make my customers happy.
