Being a customer service representative and chat advocate for almost 4 years and handled different accounts like AT&T: Unlimited Data Plans, Internet & TV, Uber, Walmart, and Sam's Club. I experience a lot and I can say that I do my job well and my customers are very happy with my service because I make sure that after each call and chat I am able to resolve their concerns and make my customers happy.
