I am a professional and a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and Xero bookkeeper who can help you with your bookkeeping business problems on a day-to-day basis. My goal is helping business owners with accurate and reliable financial records. I can help you with your accounting and bookkeeping problems especially if you are a start-up and small to medium-business owners who struggle with unreconciled or outdated books. Here's what I can do to help your business:


Financial Record Keeping: 
* Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process using accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Online, Xero, Wave, Oracle, Google Sheets, etc.) 
* Cleaning up messy, outdated books and making records updated and intact.


Transaction Management 
* Process and record invoices, bills/expenses and ensure timely payment to vendors and suppliers. 
* Verify accuracy of invoices, purchase orders, and payment terms and other supporting documents. 
* Maintain organized records of all financial transactions.


Bank Reconciliation
* Reconcile bank, credit card, and other payment gateway statements on a monthly basis.


Financial Reporting 
* Prepare Financial Reports (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss) through data collection, analysis, and summarization.


Budget Monitoring
* Assist in monitoring and tracking expenses against budgetary guidelines to ensure
financial targets are met.


Transparent Communication
* Collaborate with the finance team and other relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely exchange of financial information.


I am very familiar and have significant experience in the proper recording of Canadian Sales Tax such as GST/HST and PST, Australian Sales Tax (GST), and transactions based on US Tax Laws. I am dedicated to providing small business owners with a sense of security by guaranteeing that their accounts are clean, current, and optimized for tax savings through the implementation of intelligent strategies. 


 With experience in:
- QuickBooks Online, Xero, Wave, Oracle
- Paypal, Stripe, Wise, Capital One Reconciliation
- Multicurrency bookkeeping
- Unrealized/Realized Gain/Loss QBO processes
- Knowledge of US GAAP, Canadian, and Australian standards
- Proper recording of Sales Tax (US, Canada) and GST (Canada, Australia)
