I had almost 10 years of experience in Project Management and Operations. I am also partly involved in the HR/Recruitment side of the business. My role is a hybrid of Operations and Project management and at the same time, being involved in the Financial, technical and hiring aspects of the line of business that I am supporting. My main achievements were launching new programs, process implementation and development, client and volume acquisition and retention and most especially, Sales. I also had an experience in handling more than 500 FTEs before- operations, training, quality, recruitment, reports and workforce team.
I just recently supported a digital agency that
creates content for brands to scale on TikTok ads. We produce user generated content for brands that partner with the team. And also, a startup fintech company as their Senior Project Manager and directly reporting to the CEO. I managed their editors, managers, designers and developers. I was also involved in marketing strategies of our project/product/services. And in the Operations side of the business creating and developing processes. I was involved in creating our own internal PMS from scratch to dry run to live. But I have used Asana and Trello before. I was also highly involved in screening candidates for the vacant positions.
I also supported a b2c and delivery ecommerce in the past.
I both have an extensive and intensive experiences in creating KPIs, setting the KPI goals, process implementation and development- such as Operations SOP/SOW,
strategic planning, ramp plan, customer survey process, project management communication plan/process, business continuity plan, escalation process, hiring/recruitment process, outage protocol, capacity planning and a lot more.
