Im working in a call center as customer service representative, im doing order taking from a customer, verifying customer information, and assisting them in inquiries and complains,in terms of online orders we call customer to verify their order and information, and also we do upselling.As secretary i do admin works like filling invoices, encoding, going to the bank if needed and answer incoming calls and assisting my Boss to Set Up in Duty Free,.I am Experience in Virtual AssistantResearching , Data Entry , and Emailing and invite client to speak in the event. I have a experience of Virtual assistant for 3 years and half as working from home.  Also customer Service Assistant is my main skills helping customer in their needs. aside from that I also doing, sending emails, encoding, researching, checking clients email,  doing reports and send to CEO and other administrative task and also encoding shipment.
