With nearly a decade of experience in Human Resources, I specialize in Recruitment strategies, Employee Relations, and Policy development. Leveraging my Psychology degree, I use my understanding of human behavior to drive HR excellence and promote positive work environment. 

My track record includes implementing effective recruitment strategies that maintain zero vacancy rates, developing and enforcing policies that ensure compliance and employee satisfaction, and building strong, confidential relationships across all levels of the organization. 

Additionally, I am skilled in managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and travel booking. I am proficient in handling multiple tasks and setting priorities in fast-paced environment.

Furthermore, I am knowledgeable in using Google Workspace, Email Management, MS Office, Outlook,  and Slack. I also have some knowledge using Canva.
