Profile Description

I've been working at a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company for 12 years. I have handled customer service type of accounts for 11 years and technical and/or sales accounts for a year. My recent job experience was with an E-commerce company that offers supplements for gut health. I respond to customer's inquiries via email and I am in charge of checking order status. I have worked in a financial account. I worked as a Customer Specialist and I was in charge of checking/managing customers' accounts such as their balances, activating their cards, doing balance transfers, rewards management, offering lower interest rates and offering new credit card products. With Bank of America, I have been promoted as a Coach or they call it Level 2 Representative. As a Coach, I am responsible in helping the team to apply the things they have learned from training. I am also in charge of doing actual coaching and identifying some behaviors that need to be improved to ensure an excellent experience for the customer. I also manage e-mails and make sure it's delivered accordingly. I do reporting, too. I have basic knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I can work under minimal supervision and would want a safe and friendly job environment.
