I have been working in data entry for almost 2 years and am well versed in most data entry software. My job duties include updating customer information, and entering accounting records, I am also a former HR and Accounting Assistant for more than 5 years and Real estate virtual assistant for more than 3 years. 
For my HR experience, I perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and promotion, I assist in performance management and employee evaluation, I attend Job Fair and other recruitment activity and conduct Orientation and other HR functions. 
For my Accounting Experience, I monitor timely payment of payables, petty cash report, I manages accurate and timely processing of daily rate and piece rate workers payroll and also I monitor and update weekly receivables report. 
For real estate world, I have more than 4 years of experience. My works include cold callings, setting an appointment with sellers, property research, skip tracing and lead generation. I also do admin task such as pre-market evaluation, doing a little bit of negotiation, look for cash buyers, warm leads follow ups and running comparable.
