As the Construction Project Manager, my duties are to collaborate with engineers and architects to determine the specifications of the project, to negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements, to facilitate the bidding process on each specialty contractor like plumbing and fire-protection contractors, to plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met, and to evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports of the project assigned to me.
