In my role as a Virtual Assistant/Graphic Designer/Video Editor, I am responsible to remote administrative support and task. I use my passion in arts and design to help small businesses and other company to promote and market their brand. Manage various clerical business functions and support my employer with relevant personal errands and administrative tasks. I have a nurturing personality, computer literacy, interpersonal skills, listening skills and the ability to meet deadlines. I specialize in building lasting client relationships and developing effective strategies.
I can engage with clients, ability to work remotely, self motivate and to comply and implement compliance policies. Knowledge in basic financial understanding, excellent in written and spoken English communication skills, good computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and especially Photo/Video editing tools. Motivated person with strong work ethic, critical thinking and creative ability. I'm aiming to use my knowledge in graphic design skills, artistic drive, planning efficient daily routes to meet employer needs and maximize schedules. Proven ability to transform client ideas into beautiful, functional design solutions.
