I learned US credit system when I worked as Back End Analyst and Research with Equifax Inc. in a BPO company. I gather confidential documents and personal information necessary when conducting investigation. Observing time frame and communicating with other agencies to ensure accuracy of the reports.
I worked as a dispute processor for over 10 years now doing dispute processes. I am open to part-time, full time or project-based positions. I used different software like DisputeSuite, Credit Repair Cloud, DisCo, WhiteLabel/Dispute Hero and Dispute Fox. I mainly handled these tasks as a processor:
-pull credit report
-data entry if a client is new
-read credit reports
-determine negative items
-update client portal
-dispute chargeoff, collection, late payments, inquiries, repossession, foreclosure, child support and bankruptcies
-credit bureau disputes online
-create dispute letters to credit bureaus and furnishers
-freezing secondary bureaus
-FTC, CFPB and BBB disputes
-faxing letters
-all-around admin tasks, I used to handle people who were also processors and trained them
- I can speak fluent English
I have my own SOP and methods of doing my disputes but still open to learning new things. I have proven success in removing negative items in the credit report and increasing credit scores. I love exploring new things and getting to know new people.
