For my years working in the hospital, a fast-paced industry helped me to improve my verbal and written communications skills. I handled customer phone calls wherein I discuss about our packages, provide quotations and practiced to handle and resolve their concerns in the first call interactions. While working on phone, I also made conversations with every clients through emails by providing precise and detailed informations regarding their concerns.
I value time management, as I work not only with the patients but also with the other diagnostic centers and doctor's clinic by setting up appointments.I make sure that I use my time effectively and focus on what things to get done first. Working in the healthcare industry, helped me developed to be attentive to details especially whenever I received personal informations, medical procedures and endorsements.
