GIS Operator, M&E Officer, Data Analyst

I have been a M&E Officer in the two programs/project-based program under the initiative of the government. I have been working as M&E Officer for about seven (7) years. My roles are the following: Analyzed large datasets using statistical software (e.g. Excel) to extract meaningful insights and trends. Created customized dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders to track project progress. Implemented data quality assurance protocols to identify and address discrepancies in data collection. Executed mid-term evaluations, and end-line assessments to measure project impact and outcomes. Implemented innovative data visualization techniques to make complex data accessible and understandable to non-technical stakeholders. Collaborated closely with project managers, and stakeholders to present findings and recommendations, fostering evidence-based decision-making.

Entered, verified, and corrected data in various formats, including handwritten documents, electronic records, and spreadsheets. Developed and maintained organized filing systems to ensure efficient data retrieval and management. Ensured compliance with data security and confidentiality policies when handling sensitive information. Maintained a high level of accuracy while entering data from source documents into databases and spreadsheets. Assisted in data analysis tasks as needed, such as generating statistical reports.

Have a background in HTML, CSS, PHP and Javascript. Have a knowledge in WordPress, Elementor & Google Site. Have a knowledge on editors like Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve and Wondershare.

I am proficient in using Google Functions and Formulas that is why I am able to create dashboards and presentations using the Google Sheets.

Created custom maps, thematic maps, and interactive web maps to communicate complex spatial information to non-GIS stakeholders. Assisted in the collection and management of geospatial data through GPS surveys, digitization, and data conversion. Conducted geocoding and georeferencing to enhance data accuracy and spatial context. Performed spatial queries and geoprocessing tasks to extract valuable insights from spatial datasets.
