I have been working in BPO industry for the last 3 years. I was a supervisor and currently Workforce Analyst at the said company, and I have a proven track record of success in managing and supervising teams.
I successfully managed the team to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings, and I also implemented several new processes that resulted in increased efficiency and productivity. I am a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic. I am also a team player and I am able to work effectively with others to achieve common goals.
I have sufficient to excellent skills when it comes to data entry and Microsoft Excel skills. I have been trained as well for business analytics and data analytics.
