I have long years of experience in providing customer support to U.S. clients. From various products and services. I worked as a sales customer support for 3 years in T-mobile doing chat, inbound, and outbound. Assisting customer in signing up and placing their order online. and in A&t as a customer support/technical support for 2 years and another year as a virtual assistant doing appointment setting and I want to pursue more and learn more about different skills. I learned some new skills like Facebook Ads Manager, Dropshipping, Shopify store manager, Etc.
