At this account, as a customer service representative, we assisted property owners with single, multi, and part of a chain listings on our platform. Any problems pertaining to their property's status, pricing, availability, policies, description, taxes, fees, license (if applicable), financial matters, property performance, Upgrade to see actual info programs, guest reviews, login issues, and reservations are being handled by us. As a Senior Specialist for Upgrade to see actual info, we help agents who answer questions from guests or property owners by offering guidance or support. It might be based on guidelines, situations in which they are unsure of the proper flow to follow, information that was unavailable to them, potential bugs, and supervisor call. We also look into complaints and incorrectly loaded issues related to reservations. We will report to the appropriate team and raise a ticket for any potential bugs that can affect the business of the property owners.
