- Source & develop new service providers who can provide efficient services at competitive rates.                                                                                                                -  Negotiates with logistics providers the following issues: 1) improved pricing; 2) quality of service; 3) terms of payment; 4) delivery                                                        -       Ensures time of arrival for incoming and outgoing delivery.-       Ensures that all billings have been accounted.    
-       Assures communication to concerned parties of all incoming and outgoing shipments by closely monitoring movement of goods from origin to delivery or vice versa.  
-        Analyses savings from service providers and/or improvement and recommends competitive solutions.      
-        Prepares PEZA/BOC documentation requirements and other related documents needed in Import and Export processing activities.    
-        Ensures on time arrival of critical in-transit delivery.
