I have work experience in BPO for almost 5 years. Throughout my whole career, I developed skills and knowledge of the following:
- Financial support for Australian Bank via call, chat, and email
- Worked in a retail business as chat/email support for damaged/ returns/ replacement queries
-Worked as technical support for a Canadian company
I have work experience as well handling Data entry and administrative tasks like sending emails to follow up with clients, Scheduling appointments, and Handling Client's inboxes.
I'm very keen on errors and always make sure that every data entered is accurate. I always make sure to adhere to the specific deadline given.
Software skills :
- Microsoft excel, word, and PowerPoints
-Google words, drive, sheets, and slides.
-Canva account
I'm always open to training and new skills that will help me in my work.
