I was able to honed my problem-Solving skills, I am very analytical, I tend to think outside the box and utelize my research skills as long
as I can solve my customer's problem. I am creative and resourceful in many ways.
Over the course of time, being a CSR, I developed a thick skin, negativities, customers' wrathful and hurtful words rarely get into me. I can keep my cool even in difficult situations.
When it comes to technical side, I am a tech-savvy person, so when it comes to technology I can easily learn and adapt to it.
That being said, I'm still continously learning and always willing to learn and to be trained and to improve, for I believe as long as you live you are learning, regarless of the age.
When I'm in a company, I also see to it that I do my assignments, I do research, I try to learn not only their products or services, but also their company itself.
