I started working at the age of 19. I've had 1 year and 3 months of accumulated experience in VXI Global Solution, one of the leading BPO industries in the Philippines. I handled inbound and outbound calls regarding billing inquiries, basic technical support for our website, and selling gadgets, especially importing lines from active subscribers of AT&T internet provider.
After that, I was able to work and be part of the team at Walmart in IQOR or RMS Recollect for 8 months. I am a back-end support of our application where one of our goals was to help customers track their product shipment and status. We support customers regarding the activation or subscription of Walmart+ membership, product refund, adjustment, replacement, and any other ways to secure the smooth transition of customer service.
I transitioned to working at home after my live chat support experience at IQOR also known as RMS Recollect. I applied at Cypressbend Marketing where I handled Solar appointment setting for about 7 months. One of my tasks was to pre-qualify and update the status of our leads through outbound calling. This is where I got my cold calling experience.
