I'm new to the VIRTUAL ASSISTANT FIELD But i have a experience in BPO industry and LOGISTICS company like admin work and customer service. I have a strong background in Customer service and Admin task such as health care insurance(HIPPA) and checking the status of the items.

I always double check manually to ensure that no errors are overlooked, and include the references as necessary, submit all the reports before the deadline.
