I am from the Philippines and I do have a lot of experience with the BPO industry and as a virtual assistant. I handled more pressure in my previous job. I am a very independent and responsible person. I am also very eager to learn more from the task that you'll give me. I am willing to handle more work aside from the description provided. I am also the type of person even if there is a load of work to do, I'll do my best to step up. Here is my previous job. My First job was being an Encoder. My job is to Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as issuing invoices, and checks. Assist with office management and organization. I Maintain files and records so that they are always up-to-date and easily accessible. My Second Job was as being marketing virtual assistant. I handle every event that my client needs to attend using Calendly and I appoint the customer to set up a meeting with my client. We use tools like five9, calendly, outlook, slack, and more  Also, we sell solar panels. My Third job is with the BPO industry. I take calls, chat and e-mail at the same time. The company that I support was online shopping for people in the Upgrade to see actual info is also an e-commerce business. I also approach carriers regarding orders, refunds, inquiries, and overpayment for customers. We use SalesForce as a tool to solve problems. My Latest Job was as a Procurement Specialist. We are being contacted by the user via e-mail and chat. We order devices for the user and we also contact carriers regarding delayed orders and dispute orders. My rate is $4.50 per Upgrade to see actual info is also negotiable and I can work 8 hrs per day or more.
