Profile Description

A Philippine-based QUANTITY SURVEYOR and PROJECT CONTROL ENGINEER with SEVEN (7) extensive years of professional experience creating successful estimates for COMMERCIAL and RESIDENTIAL specializing CIVIL, STRUCTURAL and ARCHITECTURAL/FIT-OUT WORKS.

Being an experienced PRE and POST QUANTITY SURVEYOR, I can assist you PRE-BID until CLOSING-OUT the project. I am also capable of doing other documentation relating to residential/commercial budget matters.

I am equipped with knowledge and expertise in using the following tools/programs Planswift, Bluebeam Revu, On-screen take-off/on-center software, MeasureSquare, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
