With my past job, my duties include customer service and technical assistance with customer's devices such as mobile phones with any model, tablet or Ipad, smartwatches and I go beyond and assist them with their computers as well by asking them a series of questions in order for me to better understand the situation and help them, and offering them a product and services which is main metric of the company. I have confidence on taking my customer’s concern, along with the ability to keep a conversation going and I am someone who can naturally develop empathy with my customers. My other key skills include patience, going above and beyond for my clients, time management, and multitasking to get me done quickly. I am profecient well-acquainted with with Microsoft Office and Google Softwares. I love conducting research on my own as I believe you learn fast when doin things on your own. Doing administrative work includes best practices in being detail-oriented and organized. I’m striving to be my best to pay close attention and to notice minor details at all times. I am able to perform and excute what is asked of me and I always make sure to get things done with integrity and precision.
