Profile Description

I've done quite a bit of article writing/news writing for an online newspaper in our city. (Upgrade to see actual info) I am proficient in information technology using Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word and Excel) and Internet applications. I have an experience in producing radio plugs, video advocacies, brochures, posters, leaflets. I have recently worked as a call center agent/advocate at Associated Interests Management which is also known as Survival Life. The skills that I have gained while working are to resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution. I am a hard-working person. I want a long term stable job on where I can learn and at the same time, apply my skills for me to contribute to your business.
I am agraduate of Bachelor of Science in Development Communication. I was an on-the-job trainee before at an online newspaper in our community. I used to write hard news, feature articles and soft news. I also have recently worked as a call center agent at Hawk Group Media.
These experiences gave me varied skills and the ability to work with many different types of people. I believe I could fit easily into your team.
I am a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I'm flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I also have lots of ideas and enthusiasm. I'm keen to work for a company with a great reputation and high profile.
