Profile Description

I was a customer service representative for a small BPO company for a catalog account. I help customers place their orders, track their orders, refund, replacement and report their complaints. In this company I also used to support the new hires and listen to their calls to efficiently coach them after.
I was also a CSR for one of the biggest BPO companies. I was in a telco account, AT&T billing/sales department. This account uses a lot of tools but I learned how to use it in no time.
I also have an experience in healthcare insurance. It's complicated and uses a lot of tools but I was able to adapt and gather all the knowledge that I need.
I'm a fast learner and pretty much flexible. I'm the type of person that requires minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes. You can depend on me that I won't abandon a task and won't have a hard time contacting me.
