As a data entry specialist, I am highly aware of the data's importance and confidentiality. On my previous jobs, I always assure to maintain typing accuracy by proofreading my work so I can provide quality data as required. I have a solid written and verbal communication skills, and strong listening skills that is very helpful in comprehending, identifying and taking note the key points during meeting or phone call.
I can also work under strict deadlines for every task given to me with superb attention to detail by creating priority list, learning my boundaries and minimizing distractions.
I understand and have practice the use of basic software like Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office and Google Drive to enter data.
I can work with less supervision and I am self motivated with high level of concentration to get work done and be productive.
I am organized and I have able to multitask to work on multiple projects with specific deadlines. I handled multiple projects for 3 years, monitor and coordinate the projects' updates to all related section, supplier and managers and maintain on-time implementation and completion.
