I have over 2 years of experience working as a Customer Service Associate in a Telco account in the Philippines. My task includes providing excellent customer support and guidance while dealing with complex complaints and offering an empathetic approach to maintain a loyal customer relationship.

As you can see in my profile, I also worked for over 2 years as a Secretary, handling customer inquiries about electrical products through phone and email. Provides behind-the-scenes work for an office including organizing files, preparing documents, managing office supply inventory, and scheduling appointments.

I am good at problem-solving skills, good interpersonal skills, and language proficiency and I am computer literate. I can work under pressure and I am flexible with any changes.
