Hi! I’m Jennifer and I'm a 29-year-old college graduate. I live in the Philippines.
I’ve worked in the BPO industry as a Technical Support and Customer Support Representative for almost 6 years.
Not only that, but I have a lot of experience with both Inbound and Outbound Calls as well as email support. What that means to you is that I’m great on the phone and with writing emails.
I also worked under one of the biggest telecommunications companies in the US where we helped customers in fixing their internet, cable, and phone service. This means that I’m used to speaking with US customers and understanding their needs.
Over the years, I have acquired the relevant skills and experience required to prepare me, and I’m sure this will make me a great fit no matter what position I’m selected for within your company.
I’ve also worked tirelessly on my communication abilities and teamwork skills, which I will put to use for you if given the opportunity.
