Profile Description

I have been in the BPO industry for more than six years. I have handled multiple accounts as a Customer and Technical Support starting from Telco to eCommerce accounts, both for voice and email. I have a strong work ethic and a proven ability to effectively handle situations or inquiries while working within policy, procedures, and standard processes. I am detail oriented and able to analyze, prioritize and resolve client requests or issues quickly and effectively. I possess excellent communication skills both oral and written and great at multi-tasking. I am very enthusiastic about the job and the company. Also, I can work independently with minimal supervision. I am confident I am the best candidate for this Upgrade to see actual info is not just my background in past projects, but also my people skills, which will apply to this position.
