I became a data encoder for a year. A customer service representative for almost 9 years. When taking calls, handled different issues and concerns from the customers such us technical issues, and any other concerns related to their service. Then after that, I became a Subject Matter Expert in which my main job was to assist newly endorsed agents such us providing real time resolution to issues or questions they raise and also providing support to supervisors for their compliance reports. Currently, I am working as an appointment setter as a part time job and I am task to call the list of leads to set an appointment.
