I have a total of more than 4 years of experience in the BPO industry. Currently working with Telus International Philippines as a Quality Lead of Airbnb. We conduct transaction monitoring of front lines agent's calls, emails, chats or any back office work and root cause analysis with the aim of helping contact center operations in driving the consistency of quality assurance and excellent customer experience to maintain confidence and loyalty.
Before becoming Quality Lead I was part of Operations as a Support Ambassador for Superhosts of Airbnb, we are trained to handle most complex cases, we have a specific system where we are graded on how we handle the tickets/issues, with that said I can say that I am able to handle/resolve difficult cases aligned with the policies and procedures of the company.
In my 4 years in the business process outsourcing world I was able to gain a lot of skills such as, making outbound calls, creating professional emails, chatting live with customers and focusing on one call resolution type of inbound calls and doing the work with quality.

My first BPO company was Alorica, and I handled financial account (T-mobile). We process Inbound/Outbound calls relating to customer complaints and we helped to pay their internet connection. It was a
reservation account. 

With my knowledge and experience I firmly believe that I fit for the position that I am applying for. I am confident that I will be able to fulfill the job requirements.
My greatest strength is that I am a fighter, meaning I don't give up easily. I will make sure to finish the task that is given to me no matter how hard it is. I considered the knowledge that I gained from Airbnb as a strength that I can use in the role that I am applying for.
