Profile Description

I am looking to work as a Property Manager, Guest Accommodations Specialist, Airbnb VA, Co Host or Short Term Rental VA. I am a Support Ambassador before of Airbnb. We manage cases, escalate, mediate when it comes to cancellation, identify any violations, remove reviews that is against Airbnb Review Policy, help Guest book another listing whenever their Host cancels their reservation and process refunds. I do have experience as a Co host too. I am knowledgeable when it comes to cleaning issues, contacting maintenance for any maintenance issue, assist Guest during check in, send out scheduled check in and check out messages, monitor cctv, check if there are any existing guests that was not included in the reservation, check if there are any pets during check in and lastly is monitor if there are any noise, smoke or crowd detected.
