Before I relocated here to Cebu, I worked in BPO Companies (Publishing and Translation/Custom Learning Solutions) I was a Graphics Specialist in a BPO company (Publishing) for almost 7 years at the same time a Quality Assurance Control/Output Quality Control which I check the over-all quality, the consistency of the figures. After years, I was promoted to a Team leader handling 20 people. I cater to requests from the production and evaluate, and record the performance of my team. Sometimes, will coach and facilitate problem-solving and Upgrade to see actual info 2nd company, I have been a Desktop Publishing Specialist for 1 year where we translate/localize text in the doc, PowerPoint, and InDesign files from different languages. I also edit the images using Photoshop to make them look like the raw file and will also do subtitling of different languages.
When I relocated here to Cebu my 1st online job was as a Virtual Assistant which handled multitasking tasks for 5 years because 1st I first worked as a Media Buyer, eBay listing fulfillment (3 months), Product Researcher, and Facebook and Instagram advertising. Then transferred to Dropshipping and Email handling. After that, I transferred again to ECommerce (Shopify) which will create product details, images, and videos to be posted on Facebook, Instagram, and the company website. After years, I transferred again to another department which is the SMM (Social Media management) which we will create content for blogs, Facebook, Instagram, company website, and Pinterest posting. I also worked as a Lead Generation Specialist for almost 5 months which I researched/generated information from a person/CEO/Manager like email address, company, and contact number. When my 1st company business didn’t go well (lost money) because there were lots of competitors and they changed their line of work, they ended my contract because they didn’t need my skills anymore.
When that happens, I search for other work and hire as Data Entry Specialist which is to search for information in Linkedin and Quality Assurance which I check the data made or tasks of my colleagues for them to identify the total number of tasks they finished.
Then, I hired a Customer Service Representative Chat Support for part-time only which is to reply to the customers that have inquiries on the product.
