I am applying for Customer Care Representative with your organization since I am eager to experience working in your company and bring my past experience to your organization. I am applying in your
company because I believe that the experienced that I will learned will surely enhance more my skills and additional knowledge in my dream work. As my Education and life experience, I learned to develop my time management and multi tasking skills because in my Education I experienced how to balance my work as a student due to many different kinds of works and activities in School. I do everything, put efforts in every tasks given to me. I also have an ability to work with other people and a positive outlook towards my life and future. I learned a lot of duties and responsibilities of a Front Office Agent in a Hotel. I experienced a hands on training on Hotel Reservation System or Opera System. I book rooms for hotel guests, check in guests arrivals and check out departing guests. I learned how to perform the variety tasks of the front desk and provide the high quality customer service. At the end of my training I know how to represent the hotel in a positive way while
answering telephones, greeting visitors, and directing calls.
As my second job and continuous experience is Customer Service Representative I learned a lot on how to handle multi tasking jobs to handle each customer concerns and I believe the
experience that i have is I can perform that well on this job.
