I had been in the BPO industry for a number of years which have contributed a lot to what I am today. I have marketing/sales background which I have done follow-up calls, appointment setting, customer service through phone and chat. and I also have experience in WordPress web designs. I also have worked with several kinds of systems (CRM) and I have been given the opportunity to assist remote clients in several lines of businesses.
