I just recently joined the virtual space and with my experience, I consistently surpassed expectations by performing various duties such as setting up appointments to prospect leads for property tours and unit viewing with the Leasing agents, guiding prospects for the online application process, setting up appointments for maintenance technicians for unit repairs, work orders, emergencies, and helping Property Managers with resident inquiries and complaints.
