Profile Description

I have work experience as a REVA for a property management company in US. I respond to emails and calls from guests who are interested in our listings. Aside from that, I also handle after hours emergency calls from our residents. I ensure to submit resident issues to client’s maintenance team and the onsite maintenance teams in buildings we partner with and follow up to ensure that the issues are resolved. I communicate with cleaning teams to address cleaning issues and schedule cleaning visits and makes sure that the unit is ready before check in.
