Profile Description

I have more than four years of experience in BPO industry and freelancing. I have worked for Amazon Retail company which our main task is providing solutions or compensations for their complaints. We're also helping them find the best product they're looking for.
I have also worked for an auto, home and dental insurance accounts. Our main task is giving brief explanation to policy holders about what their insurance coverage and providing breakdowns when it comes to billing issues.
I have worked as well for a food delivery campaign as a freelance agent and for an FTD account. We're receiving calls from businesses particularly flower shops, customers and recipients as well. We're also doing outbound calls if needed, but our main task is responding to florist's messages. Other jobs that I had was being a Roadside Assistance Agent and a Lead Verification Specialist.
