As an Ads | Onboarding Specialist, my role is to ensure that every client starts their advertising journey with a seamless and efficient setup. I act as the bridge between strategy and execution, making sure that clients feel confident and prepared to launch successful campaigns.
What I Do:
Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they complete all necessary steps for campaign launch.
Set up and configure ad accounts, payment methods, and permissions on platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Conduct strategy calls to understand client goals, target audience, and brand messaging.
Collaborate with internal teams—designers, copywriters, and campaign managers—to develop high-performing ads.
Troubleshoot account setup issues, ad policy restrictions, and billing concerns to prevent roadblocks.
Educate clients on best practices for optimizing their ads and tracking performance.
Keep detailed records of client onboarding progress and interactions to maintain a smooth workflow.
Why I Love This Role:
What excites me most about this position is the direct impact I have on client success. From the very start, I help businesses build a solid advertising foundation, ensuring they feel supported and confident. I enjoy problem-solving, working with different industries, and seeing the results of well-executed campaigns.
It’s a fast-paced role that requires strong communication, adaptability, and technical know-how, but it’s incredibly rewarding to see businesses grow through the work we do.
