Profile Description

I have been a customer support representative for one of the largest BPO companies in the Philippines. I was a customer service representative and was able to cover chat, email, voice, and technical support at Telus International for three years. I was transferred to a healthcare account at the same company and became an appointment setter for more than a year. After that, I became an AI trainer at ISSI Corp. In addition, I've been working from home for 4 years.
During my time there, I was able to meet all of the quality scores for daily, weekly, and monthly reports and was sometimes awarded as a top agent. Working in customer service, I learned to hone my multi-tasking and multi-time management skills, value patience, and, above all, be a team player. I'm a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, so right now I'm looking for bigger challenges and an opportunity to apply my customer service and problem-solving skills.
