In my 2 years of experience as a customer support. I learned how to become a team player, which I believe brought out the best in me. My workmates and leaders challenges me to be the better version of myself, attending and participating in every meeting I developed my skills in communication and being a team player. I had to develop my active listening as well because it is a key for the success of my daily tasks. Whenever I encounter a customer that had a bad experience on our product, I developed my problem solving skill which benefits not just the customers but the company itself. Everyday I'm setting myself a goal to cater every customer's inquiries as fast as possible without sacrificing the quality of the service, on that part I developed my time management skills. But most importantly everyday I'm not settling for less, as day goes by I'm eager to learn of the new things that I can apply for the betterment of my work quality and will provide a positive output for the company.
