This switch has honed my skills in time management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving in a remote setting.As an ESL teacher, I've had the privilege of instructing a diverse range of professionals, including managers, CEOs, lawyers, teachers, doctors, nurses, and students, in Business English. My duties included conducting lessons on various topics such as business communication, grammar, pronunciation, and speech refinement.Before teaching ESL, I worked as a Corporate Trainer in several BPO companies. In this role, I managed training sessions covering campaign-specific skills, soft skills, customer service, and sometimes upselling. I worked with employees at all levels, from entry-level specialists to managers.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, I'm also expanding my skills in calendar management, WordPress, social media management, and Gmail.Driven by a commitment to continuous improvement, I aim to leverage my diverse experience to contribute effectively to any organization or educational initiative.
