Profile Description

I was a Recovery Resolution Specialist for a healthcare company which handles recovery for automobile aUpgrade to see actual info. I stayed for a year and 10 months but before that I have been a Customer Service Representative for one of the largest Telecommunication in US which is T-Mobile for 2 years. We handle all line of businesses such customer care, billing, collection, retention, sales and even basic troubleshooting. Prior to that, I was working as a Chat Sales Support Specialist for a cable company for 6 months. Because of these, I was able to instill and maintain a delivery of high standard service, which helps me identify my own needs of improvement. I also did graphic design for a while, and is knowledgeable in basic graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva. I sometimes create my own designs for company promotion, events and announcements. I also did manage a team and became one of the Team Leaders for a gaming association.


Project management doing administrative tasks is my expertise. I'm can manage emails, as well as correlating with vendors and employees of other businesses that I may be in need to speak with in behalf of the firm and can do accurate web research. I'm trained for professional English because of my past call center experiences as well. I have managed a home based team of customer support with a US based client which is one of my most recent job experience.


As stated on the summary of my skills, I am flexible with the tasks that I will be assigned to do. I will never abandon a task and you won't have a hard time contacting me and you can always depend on me for that. I'll always be there at your beck and call; You'll find that this is why I am efficient.
