Profile Description

Quantity Surveyor in a Project Management Team. As a quantity surveyor our work is not only limited to estimate the quantities needed of the project but also we must know the market price of the materials as we will also do the costing for the budget of the client before groundbreaking starts. As a quantity surveyor we are also responsible in looking for a contractor that will suit the scope of work that is for bidding and we process bidding documents that are for approval of the client to whom he/she will award the scope. Minimal work as a quantity surveyor is to process billings, variation orders, and other paperwork for accounts payables, do monthly reports for budget monitoring, material monitoring, make BOM/BOQ etc.
