1. Quoting- Spearheaded an Insurance Agency's productivity by providing administrative assistance to support the sales team, including creating proposals for Sales Agent presentations, sending quote proposals to insureds, and quoting directly from insurance carriers.

2. Policy Management- Oversaw billing, payments, and notice of cancellation, ensuring to avoid any lapses with the insured's policies, resulting in policy retention and customer satisfaction.

3. Client Communication
- Email and SMS Management 
- Handle inbound/outbound calls.

4. Service Process
- Policy/Account Changes: Cancellation, increase/decrease coverage on policies, update customer information, etc.
- Send EOI, COI, and Auto ID cards to Insureds.
- Manage E-Signature, Docusign, and FAX documents.

5. Data Entry, Migration & Research
- Conducted research on applicants' driving history and property details to determine clients' eligibility, minimizing potential losses and protecting the company's financial interest.
- Manage existing business records and transfer customer data, policy information, and documents to Ezlynx, increasing company automation and improving its efficiency.
- Strategically input and record customer data on the Agency's CRM system. 
- Filling out Quote application Acord forms.
