I have worked professionally for over a decade in the IT and Web services, marketing and development, and e-commerce industries in an Agile setting. I have had the privilege of overseeing the successful deployment of numerous web and marketing projects, each tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients over the years. This exposure has allowed me to develop strong communication and project management skills. Furthermore, I have completed the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course, which has equipped me with a strong foundation in process improvement methodologies.

-Establish KPIs.

-Ensures that EDMs, microsites, and web pages are delivered to the viewer at sufficiently high speed and quality and conforms to the design briefs that align with brand guidelines and client specifications.

9. Web and Content
-Proofread and provide guidance on grammatical and spelling errors for content QA, translations, and HTML validation and site optimization.

10. Web Design and Development
